Dr. Thomas C. Rector
Dr. Thomas C. Rector is from Muncie, Indiana. He attended Muncie schools and graduated from Delta High School in 1971. He attended Ball State University where he earned a double major in pre-dentistry and biology. He also earned a double minor in chemistry and natural resources.
Dr. Rector received his Doctor of Dentistry from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1979. He has been practicing dentistry in Muncie, Indiana since 1979. Dr. Rector's practice philosophy is prevention and early detection of dental disease. He specializes in treatments of exceptional quality and high technology in a caring and enjoyable atmosphere. Dr. Rector is active in organized dentistry. He has served as president of both Delaware County Dental Society and East Central Dental Society. He has also served vice-president of both the Delaware County Dental Society and East Central Dental Society. He has always been an active member or a past member of the Indiana Dental Associated; American Dental Association; American Academy of Endodontics; Academy of General Dentistry; Academy of Esthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry; Academy of Computerized Dentistry; Delegate of the Indiana Dental Association; Member of the Civic Center Authority Board; Precinct Committeeman; Muncie Optimist Club; Beta Theta Pi Social Fraternity; and Delta Sigma Delta Professional Fraternity. He is currently serving on the Delaware County Fair Board. Dr. Rector has participated in missionary work in Taraz, Kazakhstan since 2004. Dr. Rector established the first "western style" clinic in the entire region of Taraz, Kazakhstan.
Personal Information
Dr. Rector is married to the former Becky Cook of New Haven, Indiana for 36 years. He has three children; Tommy (wife Nicole) , Andy (wife Lisa) and Ali (husband Zach). Dr. Rector has three grandchildren, Jason , Jett, and Jaxon. Hobbies include tennis, snow skiing, boating, bicycling and community service

Dr. Lynn Marshall
Dr. Lynn Marshall grew up in Munster located in Northwest Indiana. She then attended Indiana University, Bloomington where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology. She was also an active member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.
Dr. Marshall continued on to Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis. She graduated with the class of 1994 when she also received the Senior Ethics in Dentistry award. She has been a member of Thomas C. Rector and Associates since graduating in 1994. Dr. Lynn's practice philosophy is to encourage patients to feel comfortable and secure in the care that they receive. Her goal is to make patients feel like part of an extended family while receiving quality dental care that improves their overall health.
Dr. Marshall is an active member of Big Brothers and Big Sisters. She is married to Eric Marshall who is a professional photographer in east central Indiana.

Dr. Mark Shaffner
Dr. Mark recieved his Bachelor's Degree from Wabash college in 1977 and his D.D.S. from the I.U. school of dentisrty in 1981. He has been in practice for over 30 years and had been a friend of Dr. Toms since dental school.
